Refrigerators die. This is a fact of life.

When they die, disposal is generally performed by removing the doors and placing the dead fridge in the street in preparation for pickup by the Special Guys who Dispose of Freon Objects.

Usually, people remove the leftover food items from the dead fridge.

Not these folks. Apparently year-old yogurts (expired May 2005) are as much a biohazard as freon and may be disposed of in the same manner.
